The three usual causes, in the order worth checking them.
When a club tells you an athlete does not appear on the registration page, it is almost always one of these.
- The level is not on your event. If the club is entering from a USA Gymnastics reservation and you built the meet before USAG added that level to the sanction, the level simply does not exist on your event. Add it in the Event Wizard. MeetMaker support is emailed automatically when this happens.
- The gymnast's gender does not match the level. A gymnast entered as Male cannot appear in a female level. The club fixes this on their own roster - the registration page now names the gymnast and the mismatch.
- The gymnast has no level recorded for your sanctioning body, or is already registered for this event.
Only the first one is yours to fix. The other two are on the club's roster.
