The steps on the Refunds tab, and what to expect.
Refunds are done on the Refunds tab of the Event Director page.
- Choose the refund method - a percentage of the registration fees, or a flat cash value. Every refund you process in the same session uses the same method.
- Choose who to refund. Click the [+] next to a club to open it. Tick the club to refund all of it, or tick individual athletes.
- Click Process Refund and confirm.
Refunds go back to the original form of payment. If anything about the refund does not add up, MeetMaker tells you instead of processing it.
