When a club scratches an athlete or changes a level in the USA Gymnastics system, the change arrives in MeetMaker.

Handle them on the USA Gymnastics Reservations tab of the Event Director page. Process them in order, top to bottom - a later change can depend on an earlier one having been applied.

Level changes that increase the fee generate a balance for the club to pay. Scratches do not automatically refund - use the Refunds tab if a refund is due.
