If the event allows late registration, it stays open past the close date until the late close date, and the event page shows a Late Registration link.

Late entries carry a late fee. Depending on the event this is a flat fee for the club, a higher per-athlete fee, or both.

Some events require the director to approve late entries. If so, your card is only given a small temporary authorization at checkout and you are charged when the director approves. You are emailed either way.

Once the late window closes, contact the event director directly - MeetMaker cannot reopen an event for you.
