I need help using MeetMaker

Trouble registering, a payment that will not go through, a login you cannot get past, or something on the site behaving oddly – that is ours, and we want to hear about it.

Plenty of questions are already answered in the knowledge base, so it is worth a look first. If it is not there, email us with what you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

I have a question about one meet

This one is not ours. Session times, the schedule, entry decisions, level changes, scratches and refunds all belong to the director running that event – they set the rules for it, and we cannot overrule them.

Every event listing carries its director's contact details. Find the event and write to them directly; it is far quicker than going through us.

Lost your tickets? Have the purchase email sent again to the address you bought them with – resend my tickets.
Forgotten your password? Have it emailed to you rather than waiting on us to look it up.

Please do not email us card numbers, bank details or passwords. We will never ask you for them, and we do not need them to help you. If something needs a payment looked at, your name and the event is plenty for us to find it.
