Two things have to be true before a reservation reaches your Alerts page.
Check both of these.
- The event director must have chosen MeetMaker as the registration processing company on the USA Gymnastics
sanction for that meet. Reservations are only sent to MeetMaker if they did. If they did not, the meet is not
registered through MeetMaker at all - contact the event director.
- Your club USA Gymnastics number must be on your MeetMaker account. Reservations are matched to your club by
that number. Go to My Hub > My Account > Sanction Organizations and check it is there and correct.
If it was missing, add it and check Alerts again.
Reservations are not instant - allow a little time after you reserve at USA Gymnastics. If both points above are
right and it still has not appeared, contact support@meetmaker.com with the
meet name and your club number.
