Sometimes USA Gymnastics adds a level to a sanction after the event director built the meet in MeetMaker. The level then does not exist on the event, and any gymnast in it cannot be placed on the registration page.

MeetMaker tells you which level and which gymnasts are affected, and that support has been notified.

There is nothing for you to fix, and you should not change your roster - deleting or re-adding gymnasts will not help and makes it harder to sort out. Only the event director can add the missing level.

MeetMaker contacts the director. Once the level has been added you can process the alert again and the gymnasts will be there. If you have not heard back and the meet is close, contact support@meetmaker.com.
