There is no Scratch button on your MeetMaker registration for these meets. Scratch the athlete on the USA Gymnastics Reservation System instead, then come back to MeetMaker, open Alerts and click Process on that meet.

A scratch has nothing to pay, so MeetMaker applies it and confirms it straight away - there is no payment page and no further step.

Scratching removes the entry. It does not automatically refund what you paid. Refunds are the event director's decision and are processed by them, so contact the director if you believe one is due.

This is the only way to withdraw an athlete once registration has closed on one of these meets, since the registration page offers no actions at all after close.

The athlete stays on your MeetMaker roster and can be entered in other events as normal.
